What is the game?
A single-player Windows strategy game set in China in 196 AD. Develop your domain and move armies on a pausable real-time campaign map, then command field battles and sieges. Hold a majority of 29 capitals to win. Explore the campaign.
How do the battles work?
Choose manual command or automatic battle resolution when armies meet. In manual battles, select formations and give real-time orders to hold, advance or charge. Terrain, morale and fatigue affect the fight; sieges add gates, ladders and ramparts. See field command.
Which houses can I play?
Start as Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Lu Bu, Sun Ce or another established ruler, or create your own ruler, banner, starting seat and companions. Meet some of the rulers and officers.
Is Simplified Chinese available?
English and Simplified Chinese interfaces are listed on Steam. Native Chinese QA is ongoing. Chinese audio and subtitle support are not advertised.
Where can I play?
Wishlist the game on Steam, or download the free Windows demo from itch.io. Each demo campaign runs through Day 50; the paid build removes that campaign limit.
