Information used by the game

The game stores campaign progress, settings and achievement records on your device. Steam Cloud may synchronize supported saves when you play through Steam. Steam provides account and lobby information for Steam multiplayer and achievements. Steam handles information held by its services under its privacy policy.

The Epic Games Store version is in development. It is planned to use Epic Online Services for sign-in, multiplayer sessions and achievements. Its current Epic Account Services permission is Basic Profile, which can provide an Epic account identifier, display name, language preference and linked-account display names. When signed in, the game will use an account identifier for Epic services and send achievement unlocks to Epic. Epic handles information held by its services under its privacy policy.

Multiplayer sends the information needed to connect players and keep a shared game in sync. With a direct-IP connection, players' network addresses may be visible to one another. Steam and Epic may process connection and lobby information when their services are used.

The game does not automatically send local campaign saves to Jeremy Cabaccang. If you send a save, diagnostic report or other file with a support request, we use it to investigate and respond to that request.

Website and support messages

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load a visitor analytics script, or offer an advertising or mailing-list form. We use Google Search Console to see aggregate information about how the site appears in Google Search, including search queries and clicks.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any files you attach. We use these to answer you and investigate the issue you reported. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Local saves and settings remain on your device until overwritten or deleted. Steam Cloud may retain copies of saves. Steam and Epic manage account, lobby and achievement records held by their services. Contact the relevant platform about information it holds.

There is no fixed automatic deletion period for support emails and attachments. We keep them to answer requests and maintain issue history, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Email threekingdomsreimagined@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request its correction or deletion. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request.
